Frequently asked questions

Your questions

Is normal battery degradation covered?

Capacity above 75% after the warranty term is considered natural wear and is not covered. Greater degradation due to a cell defect is covered.

Is my home charging station included?

No. The warranty covers the vehicle's onboard charger (OBC) and charge port, not wall boxes or portable cables supplied by a third party.

Can I fast-charge (DC Fast) without affecting the warranty?

Yes, as long as you follow the manufacturer's specifications. Charging outside spec (voltage, current) can void the battery coverage.
