Guiding principles
This charter describes the principles of the extended warranty offered by Garantie Prolongée Auto ("GPA"). The warranty contract provided at sign-up is its detailed expression and prevails in case of discrepancy.
Eligible vehicles
- Model-year 2020 or newer;
- Car, SUV, hybrid, electric, motorcycle and motorized recreational vehicles;
- Unlimited mileage;
- Inspection required if the manufacturer base warranty has expired.
Coverage levels
- Group A — Regular makes: standard mechanical and electronic components;
- Group B — Premium cars: premium components, assistance and loaner vehicle;
- Group C — Electric vehicles: high-voltage battery, inverter, charger and software updates.

- Repairs at the shop of your choice;
- Transferable warranty;
- Diagnostic fees paid.
Claims process
- Contact GPA as soon as a noise or failure appears;
- Take the vehicle to the shop of your choice;
- The diagnosis is authorized and paid according to the terms;
- The repair is approved and carried out;
- The vehicle is returned to you, with a $0 deductible.
Exclusions
Excluded are normal wear, routine maintenance, and damage related to an accident, vandalism or non-compliant use. Full details appear in the contract.
Transparency
The price shown before taxes is the price paid. No hidden fees are added at checkout. The contract is provided as soon as payment is confirmed.
