  • Payment information processed by Stripe (not stored by GPA);

  • produce a quote and activate the warranty;
  • manage claims and roadside assistance;
  • communicate with you about your file;
  • meet our legal and fiscal obligations.

4. Retention

Your information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then securely destroyed.

Under Law 25, you have a right of access, rectification, withdrawal of consent and, where applicable, portability of your information. To exercise these rights, write to info@garantieprolongeeauto.ca.
